Cefuroxime includes Cefuroxime, a wide-spectrum antibiotic that inhibits the function of the enzyme responsible for synthesizing peptidoglycan (an essential part of the bacterial cell wall). Due to this, the bacterial cell is unable to grow and increase in number and is ultimately destroyed.
