Bilastine + Montelukast Syrup: Bilastine + Montelukast belongs to a group of medicines called anti-allergic medicines, which are utilised in the management of allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, congestion, and watery eyes.  An allergy is produced when your immune system in the body reacts against an innocuous substance that is known as an allergen. An allergen may be pollen, pet dander or even food. When you cough, you are assisting in the clearing of your airways of irritants.

Bilastine + Montelukast consists of two drugs: Montelukast and Bilastine. Montelukast primarily functions by inhibiting chemicals known as leukotrienes that may lead to bronchoconstriction, swelling, mucus and airway congestion. Bilastine functions by inhibiting histamine, the chemical that can lead to symptoms of an allergy, like sneezing, itching, or swelling. They combine to manage inflammation and allergic reactions for greater relief.

Instructions for Use:

• Take the dose measured with the measuring cup provided in the pack according to the instructions given by your physician.
• Swallow the measured dose.

• Shake the bottle well before use each time.
• Household spoons cannot be used as they cannot measure the dose correctly.

Storage:

• Take Bilastine + Montelukast before eating food, as food may decrease its absorption.
