How to Use?

1. Take off the dust cover.
2. If you are using the pump for the first time, haven’t used it in a week or more, or just cleaned the nozzle, you need to prepare it by following steps 4 and 5 below. If you used the pump in the last week, go to step 6.
3. Hold the spray bottle with your index and middle fingers, and rest the bottom of the bottle on your thumb.
4. If you are using the spray for the first time, press the pump down and let go ten times or until you see a mist. If you’ve used the pump before but not in the last week or just cleaned the nozzle, press down and let go of the spray button twice until you see a fine mist.
5. Lean your head forward a little and gently put the tip of the nasal applicator into your other nostril.
6. Make sure to hold the bottle straight up.
7. Start by breathing in through your nose.
8. As you breathe in, press down hard on the spray with your index and middle fingers to release a puff.
9. Take a soft breath in through your nose and let it out through your mouth.
10. If your doctor said to use two sprays in that nostril, do steps 6 to 12 again.
11. Do steps 6 to 13 on the other side of your nose.
12. Clean the applicator with a tissue and put the dust cover back on.
